Our sterling silver cages comes with one color of pearl, your pick from white, pink or black and a sterling silver chain, you can choose from three different chain designs, 16” or 18”.
If you need a longer chain write a note on the comments section at check out, we carry 20” and 22” box style chains as well, check our “Necklace Sizing” chart bellow.
If you would like a second pearl color for an extra $15 you get a third pearl for free.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Below are the shipping method options and costs. We offers 1-3 business day shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, our orders may experience delays.
Standard business day shipping is FREE on orders $100 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $8 for Standard Day shipping. Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend. Expedited shipping is also available: 2 Day Shipping is $22 and 1 Day Shipping is $ 35.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched on Monday or on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking to number to update.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within [area of coverage, 20 miles area from my address]. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10am to 2 pm Monday through Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please read our return & refund policy for detailed information about our processes.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
